"The staff here at Lafayette, from housekeeping all the way up to management, has went above and beyond to meet my needs. The environment at Lafayette is very inviting. All staff are very friendly and will do anything they can to help you. If you are looking for somewhere to go for short-term rehabilitation, this is the number one spot to be.Cross City Nursing & Rehabilitation recently offered me services following a knee replacement. I was amazed at the quality of care provided; the professionalism, friendliness and whole-hearted dedication to patient care. It is evident in every department from nursing, dietary, physical therapy, and housekeeping. Everyone is there to assure the patient is given the finest care possible. There is also great community support numerous opportunities for patients to socialize and a feeling of coziness that is so reassuring when one is not feeling their best. The facility and staff are a shining jewel in Dixie County’s crown. I have already recommended them to several friends with upcoming surgeries that will need rehab services. Just an incredible facility –truly amazing."

"When I arrived I couldn’t get out the bed, I couldn’t stand, and definitely couldn’t walk. Cross City Nursing and Rehabilitation has a great staff, competent, and friendly. There physical therapy department is like a family. They have me working now which feels like a miracle. When I look back from a few weeks ago. The kitchen turns out really good meals for an example- shrimp alfredo, soft tacos, chef salad, ground steak and potato casserole, just this past week. I thank Cross City Nursing & Rehabilitation for transforming me to a healthy, happy fellow again, ready to return home to Steinhatchee."
